Important update for tinyBuild shareholders

For people who are struggling to vote on the resolutions for the Special Meeting, I have been told that tinyBuild has now appointed Equiniti as a proxy service advisor.

Their representative, which you can reach via email at Wayne.Slyfield@equiniti.com, will be able to collect your votes ahead of the meeting and answer any further questions you might have.

You will most likely need to send them a Letter of Representation from your broker to prove your shareholding, along with your voting decision.

I would get on this pretty fast as it can take a few days for your broker to produce a letter for you, and the meeting is being held on 18 Jan.
